Help!! Urgent! Check my Motivation statement questions for CHevening scholarship

Hi I'm applying for really cool scholarship program but I'm not sure whether I'm cool enough for them. The stakes are really high. I wasn't the best student besides I chose the to study the courses that are not recommended for my country. There 4 questions of personal statement. Each 1 has a limit of 300 words

Q.1 Your personal statement: Explain why you are applying to the Chevening programme and describe the personal, intellectual and interpersonal qualities that make you well placed to be a future leader in your home country

I have a dream that the war in the East of Ukraine ends soon with no more blood of my friends and tears of their mothers and wives. I dream that it never repeats again. To do that we have to educate our children so that they could think critically, ask questions, be able to analyze and see the where their actions can lead to. To educate them this way we have to change our schools. Another way to make this dream come true I see in educating adults. This can be done best though informal education. Personally I am doing this at my In Lime club meetings by making people slightly happier at least for few hours a week.
Running several projects at a time has developed my multitasking skills. And being creative person helps me to reduce stress by handicrafting. Moreover my head is always filled with interesting ideas of projects to solve the problems we have in our community. My open mindedness helps to easily make connections with people. My positive attitude attracts people to follow me as a leader.
Having studied your website I see that Chevening is indeed an outstanding program that cares much about their alumni. My attention was caught by the fact that you want to make the world a better place to live in and for the alumnis you chose people who have the same aspirations for their own countries. Many of them have or had similar problems in their countries. I am sure that as an international network we can learn from each other and try to find solutions. Also I hope to find an answer to the question of how your country manages to be conservative and so progressive at the same time.

Q.2 Your academic background:Describe your educational achievements to date. You should explain why you feel confident in your ability to successfully complete your proposed courses of study in the UK, and specify why your courses were chosen.

Studying in the Pedagogical college I was very interested in Social Sciences like Psychology, Pedagogy and Economics. In particular I was captivated by the ideas of freedom in the theories of M. Montessory and A. Neil. I have conducted a research about Montessori’s materials for primary school children. Concerning Economics, a business plan I made in the end of the course was recognised as one of the best in the class.
When I started working with the children and running my In Lime club I felt like inventing the wheel again. So I began attending seminars, reading special literature and enrolling to MOOCs (Massive Online Learning Course) in teaching, entrepreneurship, psychology and economics. This is helpful though not enough. I am learning best when there is a teacher-student interaction and guidance of professionals. Anyways, it has made me a self-dependent learner. I decided to get the degree abroad now that I can clearly see what I need to know and why.
I chose the courses of Educational Studies and Education Management and Leadership because I want to pursue my career in education. I want to make changes in the educational system of Ukraine and I plan to do this through running my own school based on the best world practices of educating. I know education is not in the list of recommended study fields for Ukraine. But I chose it because I see the urgent need in the new education to satisfy needs of the society emerging now. Besides, the root of all the problems is in the insufficient education. Although I can see this is changing now and I want to join the process.
I chose Business and Marketing because when running my English hangout club “In Lime” marketing and consumer behavior appeared to be of particular interest for me. I feel the lack of theoretical knowledge in these areas. Besides, the skills and knowledge gained in these courses can be applied both in the private and in public sectors.

Q.3 Your leadership and networking skills: Outline your experience and style of leadership. You should discuss your commitment to networking within the Chevening community, and beyond, in order to find solutions or bring about beneficial change.

“Not the cry but the flight of a wild duck leads the flock to fly and to follow” - a Chinese proverb.
I consider myself to be this kind of leader. A leader that inspires others to follow his/her actions, not just the words.
A good example of this is setting up the rules at the kids’ club where I work. Children and I made them together. These rules are equal both for the me as a teacher and for the children. I inspire them to be good people and care for the nature. Another example of my leadership is the Social Tutoring project. I not only conducted the project but also was one of the tutors myself and anyone enrolled into my project could contact me and ask for advice. Everywhere I am I try to create informal and friendly atmosphere to help people be more open.
I learned to be a leader mostly when working with groups of children. I developed my leadership skills and created my own style when running In LIme club and Social Tutoring project.
Also I have a leader that inspires me. She is charming middle aged woman running “The School of Rhetoric Arts”. She is a role model of an entrepreneur-woman for me. Her classes make people happier - she teaches them positive thinking and breaks bounds holding them. Moreover she has made it great brand and has clients even in Russia. I want to do the same with my In Lime club, I want to be like her - strong though beautiful. Her employees say she is indeed a great leader that inspires them to become better.
During my stay in the UK I plan to make the most of it. There I hope to find new friends, like-minded people, potential partners and investors. In my free time I want to learn more about the culture of Great Britain and become part of the local community. I plan to do it through volunteering activities. This way I can do something for the community and I can learn how different institutions work in the UK, compare it to Ukraine and on arrival back home apply the new skills and knowledge on practice.

Q.4 Your career plan and benefit to your home country: Describe your immediate plans upon completion of your Chevening award. You should explain your longer-term (5-10 year) career objectives and describe how your time in the UK will help you achieve these. You should also discuss how a Chevening award would benefit you and your home country.

Depending on what I will study education or marketing, my project number one to develop will be either In Lime club or creating the school.
I have a clear vision on developing In Lime. First of all I want to make it a recognised brand in my city and to find a place for a long term renting. Secondly, I will find people to conduct meetings in other languages. And thirdly, I will make it a national franchise “In Lime - Language & Hang out Clubs”. This is what I will do in the nearest 3-4 years.
When feeling more confident with In Lime clubs, I will go back to creating my dream school. The building is designed by my architect friend to be in our city. To make it I plan to create an NGO which will first educate the staff for the school. We will create a so-called “school for teachers”. Where they will take short-term courses in subjects that are not taught in most of teacher training establishments.
Meanwhile we will be working on creating a grant for the building, start crowdfunding campaign, looking for volunteers to build the school. And when the school is being built, the staff is being taught, we shall start the pilot year in a rented building with a little number of preschool children. This number will grow bigger each year. And in ten years I hope there building will be ready for the children to enter it. I am aware of the hardships waiting on my way to the dream. But this doesn’t scare me much. Beside I know the people who start the schools this way.
In the UK I will gain the knowledge necessary to be a good manager. Having the fully covering scholarship like Chevening will allow me to concentrate on my studies and on making useful contacts
