Thank you for sending my name for the SA & hardware courses.
Dear Parbati,
Regarding criteria for the SA courses, I think it should have mentioned at the beginning and then we would have decided who to attend at that time. It came after we got the approval from the Head of Office and making cover arrangement during our training.
For your information I work for two offices (each office 50% of time) as an IT System Administrator. My daily schedule for IT support is morning work and Mick provides full covers with afternoons and evenings at this project.
I am proud that he is learning a lot in the IT System in short time. I think if we enhance his IT skills, this course is also necessary for him. If there is slot available, grateful to consider him for the course. Thank you.
