Help! Unknown grammatical form

Hello! I was wondering if anyone knows the name of the grammatical form shown bellow:

1) I read a good book last week.
2) The book that I read last week was good.

Can it be considered the "passive voice", even though there is no past participle in the sentence? Because the object and the subject of the sentence is inverted, it seems to me it's a case of 'personal passive', but I'm not really sure ...

Thank you for your help!
