Help understand only one sentence, please!

"Each learns all the other learns about this and about the garden."
I don't understand this part "...all the other learns...".

To translate, you have to identify all the noun clauses. Then then text becomes clear. The vocabulary is not difficult, but the structure is not simple at all!
