Help to review motivation letter Msc civil engineering and management

I'm applying for an Msc in civil engineering and management and I'm just wondering if you could review my letter of motivation. It's my first draft so it obviously needs some work. I really appreciate all your help.

I am applying for the Master of Science program in Civil Engineering and Management with the specialization of XXXXXX at University of XXXXX for the fall semester 2015. Admission into this Masters program would be a solid step towards my goal of being an entrepreneur in construction industry and development.
I graduated with a 3.71 GPA from XXXXXXXXX, majoring in civil engineering. I have acquired a strong background in mathematics and mechanics, which form the core for the majority of engineering courses through my study of civil engineering. I was honored to finish my bachelor degree with the citation excellent.
My first exposure to entrepreneurship in construction industry and development was through cost and time management and engineering entrepreneurship course as a part of my bachelor degree. I was impressed how construction management could give me new insights in planning, designing, organizing and realizing of huge construction project on time and on budget involving numerous people and their roles. This area of study inspired my on site practice in the construction project of Hotel Tentrem in Yogyakarta.
Aside from my academic background, this area of interest to me through my involvement in my family business of real estate and property. Realizing that residential sector demand is rocketing in Indonesia, my father and I have decided to run real estate and property business since 2014. I play the role in managing the whole construction process and the legalization while my father tackles on the marketing. These business has given me a new insight into the importance of social impact in providing new jobs and economic uplifting of society in my city. In the future, I plan to expand this business into bigger and more complex construction work. However, through my practical work experience, I am fully aware of the fact that my study and research lacks depth. Thus, it stimulates me to learn and explore more knowledge in technical and non-technical aspects of construction work.
I have chosen XXXXXXXXX because it offers multidisciplinary approach to the technical and non-technical aspects of construction project. Also, it provides a project and process management course that will support my knowledge and bring me a stronger sense in applying practical skills to the real construction business. This program will give me ample opportunity to grasp and apply one of your approaches to my research interest in "adoption of innovation in the residential construction industry". I would like to investigate further the implementation strategies of the adoption potential of innovations in the residential sector in Indonesia as it is influenced by many and complex non-technical factors. Above all, XXXXXXX has an outstanding academic reputation worldwide and been lauded as the most entrepreneurial university in the XXXXXXX. I wish to take my practical and theoretical skills about construction management both technical and non-technical aspects to a higher level in XXXXXXX and I am excited with the opportunity working with other students from different culture.
The Master of Science program in Civil Engineering and Management offered by XXXXXXX will help me to realize my ambition to further develop theoretical and practical skills also innovation regarding to construction process management in depth once I return to Indonesia. As a self-determined and self-motivated person, I am confident that I will meet your expectations as a suitable candidate for this program because of both my outstanding academic and work experience background.
