Hello everyone! I am writing a cover letter but I not completely happy with the result, if someone has a better idea I truly appreciate your help. Thank you so much in advance.

Dear Hiring Manager,

I am seeking a position as a Business Administrator in your organization. I believe that I have the experience your company has been searching for and I would be excited to be considered a candidate to fill this position.
My experience includes many years of performing basic clerical and administrative duties with a great emphasis in customer service and inside sales.
Some of the highlights of my experience are: maintaining accurate invoicing/billing support, processing orders and generate documents for exportation purposes. In addition, I have experience in collection of payments for invoices of international accounts, maintaining and update database information, designing standard templates for departmental activities, reports and presentations which were efforts to maximize efficiency and reduce turnaround time. I also, answered questions via phone or email and provided accurate and timely information to customers. I have, planned, coordinated and made arrangements for on-site and off-site meetings and trade shows as well as coordinated schedules, meeting materials and travel for attendees.
One of my much strength is my attention to detail. I have the ability to handle diverse tasks simultaneously, works effectively with interruptions and consistently meet or exceed personal and company goals.
I have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills required to interact with multiple internal, external and executive contacts. I also possess PC skills with proficiency with MS Office, in addition to being bilingual in Spanish and English
I am looking forward to a meeting with you so that I may have the opportunity to demonstrate some of these skills for you in person.

Thanks for taking the time to consider my application.

Hi Elsa; You can improve your cover letter by putting your "best" skills first. These are skills that you have that others are not likely to have, for example: - bilingual - International sales - business process optimization If you know the requirements of the position you are applying for, then mention the skills or experience that you have that exceed its requirements. Be specific, not general.

Thank you so much Alpheccastars for your help, I will take your advice to correct my letter. It has been a big challenge for me to have this letter completed because I do not have an expert level of English, and electronic translators do not identify all the time some grammatical errors all the time.

Have a great night!
