Could you help with the following? Which of the following one is more correct to say?
# He hit on a lorry
# He hit against a lorry
# He hit by a lorry
# He was hit by a lorry

Could you please correct me if I am wrong?

He was hit by a lorry - Doesn't this mean that the lorry drive is guilty? What if it is only the biker who made that accident? I mean who hit first? May be he was drunken, didn't follow the traffic rules?

In that case, is that allowed to say "He hit on a lorry" ?!
