Hi everybody, thank you for helping me
I'm doing some compositions in english to improve it, so, this is the question asked : "Is travelling abroad a good thing to become more mature ? "And now, my composition, could you correct it and explain me my mistakes ?Thank you
Since many centuries, people are travelling around the world in order to see the different cultures in all the countries. In that time, it wasn't so easy to travel, so the people couldn't go far, and not so many people was going abroad. For the painters, the writers or all kind of artists, it was a way to learn more about their art, and to meet people like them, performing a differently. Leonardo di vinci was one of them, and many artists after him.
So, I think travelling abroad is a really good thing to become more mature, because it's helping the young to open his eyes and to see the world differently. He is going to see people from everywhere, with different kind of thinking, and he will learn how to react and appreciate them. Like in the french movie « L'auberge Espagnole », the main actor will understand why all the people are unlike each other, and he will start to like them for what they are. At the end of the movie, he is someone new, with a new way of thinking, and ready to start the life.
It's also good for the young people to be far from the familial house, and to be alone, without any help from the family, and to start to thing by themselves. They will understand how is the life, with all the money difficulties and other problems.
People can grow up by themselves if they really want to. Not only to learn different languages, but also with a new approach of the life.
