Help to compose some words (anagram)

Hello everybody!
I'm just here because my brother (13 years old) has difficulties with his homework. I tried to help him but I'm also blocked!

Use the following letters once:
A U T U M N L E A V E S
to compose other words:

another word for borrowed =
another word for man =
do a crime =
a part of your shirt = I found SLEEVe but an E is missing!

J A C K - O' - L A N T E R N

a vegetable =
another word for rip =
a wooden box =
put your back against something = LEAN (not sure...)

H A U N T E D H O U S E
a short fast run =

I do lots of crossword puzzles but never these letter jumble puzzles.
I will try to give a few answers to them for fun.

To play Yahoo online games you need to create a free account at Yahoo.
Maybe you already have one?

If you already have any sort of Yahoo account like for Yahoo groups, email or Y! IM,
then that user name and password will be ok to log on to Yahoo games.

I am often not online so I will say that there are always many people who want to find someone to play a game with there at the Yahoo games site. They are from everywhere all over the world and they are at every skill level of playing the game and of english knowledge.

So, if you look around you should be able to find a well matched game partner to have many games with for fun and for improving english skills. The real time text chat there is very helpful too.

What do you think? Will this Literati (scrabble) game be helpful for increasing english word skills? I have played it many times with my friend from Finland and she finds it fun and helpful. Especially as we always discuss the meanings of any new words that get used in the game.

I am here online now and will be here for the next 8 hours or so. Let me know if you want to try a game of Literati. Add me to ICQ or AIM or Y! (info at my profile page) and instant message me if you like. If you send me a message here I may not see if for a while because I do not check these messages often and this site is not sending replies I get here to me in email. I wish that could get fixed but I do not know who to tell about this problem.

I am not a competitive game player. I just enjoy games for the fun of it and I am never in any hurry for the other person to make their move. So don't worry about playing Literati with a native english speaker. I enjoy gaming as a friendly social event. Not as a way to win anything.

I am here now sipping strong, hot coffee and yawning a bit. (c)
It is 4:04am east coast USA time.

I wake and start my day hours before sunrise every day
so I can have some quiet time while the world around me sleeps.

Do you already have an account at yahoo games?
Have you been to the games site and had a look at it?

I will be happy to try playing a game with you anytime you feel like it.
Just let me know.

I will be here online for the next 6 to 10 hours.
So we have lots of time to try it.

A game usually lasts 45 to 90 minutes
depending on how much text chat is happening.

IM me in one of the 3 instant messaging programs if you like.
Or, I will check back here to see if you reply about playing a game.

It would be easier to arrange a time and place to meet for a game in IM
because there are many different rooms at Yahoo Literati.

I usually try to select a room with the fewest people in it
because they seem to run more smoothly that way.

I hope this will not become too complicated.
