I'm not sure is you call me yesterdat for interview or not. But I don't want to miss the changes, therfore, I send you a email. I cannot reach your telephone no. xxxxx. Do you mind to call me again or reply me by return email. My mobile phone no. is xxxx.

In formal writing, do not use 'I'm'; instead, use 'I am'.

I am unsure if you telphoned me yesterday regarding an interview. As I seem unable to reach you via telphone, I have sent you this e-mail. If you wish to contact me by telephone, then please call ****.

A side note: words such as therefore and however often require the use of a semi-colon somewhere in the sentence they are in.
