Help rewrite the quote MEANINGFULLY!!!

Hi guys,

Here's the quotation:
"But there are some downsides to it, likewise the lack of eco friendly cycles, heated dry option and a hard food disposer, though which is, in fact, very common in Euro style dishwasher."

now comes the queries:
1>Does the sentence need "lack' before 'heated dry' and 'hard food disposer' also? I tried to imply that they are missing as well in this case.
2>Does the sentence mean that the 'availability of the features' are common or the 'absence of the features'? To be clear I wanted to mean the latter one.
By the way, are all the punctuations placed in right way????
