Help required in writting a letter on behalf of an oil company.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,



I am writing this letter on behalf of ABC hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”. For a very long period of time has been a leading distributor of oil products. Our group is offering to sell petroleum products to XYZ,hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”,

The seller will have no problem to provide the oil products to the buyer, as already ABC has distributed oil products to the buyer in which the buyer never had made any complaint about the seller. The seller is looking forward into doing business with the buyer.

kindly fix this letter for me i would be glad as my boss said this letter isnt professional am having high fever kindly help some one fix this letter or i might get fired.

thank you for editing out my letter. But i suppose you are completely right about the letter i posted here its extremely confusing that is why i am going to post another letter based on the same idea. I hope this clarify things further. And forgot to say thanks for the help.

In the letter ABC is the company with whom i am working with and XYZ is the company with which this ioncorporation
