Help required in writing Experience letter

Hi All,

I have resigned from services of software company and they have asked me to prepare an experience letter and submit the same to my HR.

My overall work experience is 2 years and 2 months in this software firm.

Please find the necessary details below:

My designation is "Project Engineer" and Im an "Oracle Apps Technical Consultant" as per my suite mapping and I am a team member in a Production support project for oracle and Non-Oracle applications and have worked for an year and half.

My core skills include the following:
Oracle 9i, RDBMS, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, Oracle DBA, PERL, Oracle Apps Tech Consultant (GL & SysAdmin) and Autosys tool.

My supplementary skills include the following:
Core Java, C, HTML, Call Support, Microsoft Office

Project Description:
Autosys End of day nightly cycle jobs support running on UNIX, Shell script, Perl, PL/SQL. The processes ultimately build a Financial Data Warehouse from legacy main frame systems and oracle Financial Applications. The project is a rollout of Oracle General Ledger, FDW and reporting infrastructure of SSBT in Boston and Global sites. The project is to resolve the technical issues in implementation of oracle applications. The project includes the Interface Management system and Financial data warehouse. This system with load and processing jobs are to be monitored and resolve the production issues during the everyday nightly cycle. SLA needs to be met within the specified timelines. Application scope of the project includes Oracle General Ledger and sub-Ledgers,Oracle AP, OFA, OFSA and FDW and other related reporting tools like Actuate,Oracle Discoverer, Hyperion Essbase.Call support for applications such as GEER & Oracle.

My contribution towards project:
Preparation of Shell scripts for the automation of aforesaid monitoring jobs and report generation. Analysis on Shell script of those jobs which were behaving abnormally and suggesting modifications to the development team.Creation of new Autosys jobs and scheduling the same in Production,Creation of batch files,Worked on set up sync tool to sychronize set ups in production environment with testing and back up environment, Preparing Metrics, Schedule, proactive detection of failures, etc to improve the processing. Timely deliverables to the users, Preparing Reports, Escalation and resolution of issues if any, processing adhoc requests, Providing mailbox and call support for several Oracle and Non-Oracle applications and monitoring status of scheduled jobs till their completion.

I have been a part of Quality control for the team and have ensured that all the SLA have been met and there is no slippages.I have also ensured that the new joinees in the team are also educated on the quality guidelines and norms followed in the team.

I have been appreciated by the client for my flexibility to work during Govt closedowns and during adverse climatic conditions in Offshore, for clarity in my verbal and written communication and the way I address users over the phone calls.

Can anyone help me in preparing an experience letter with the details furnished above?
