help regarding a contract
hello guys and girls can you please help me with the text below just to verify what i understand from it on the employee side :
we would state that the employer is entitled to claim repayment unless:
. the employment contract is terminated at the employee's request ;
the employment relationship with the employee is terminated on the ground of an urgent reason as described in article 7:677 of the dutch civil code;or
if the training course is not successfully completed as a result of circumstances that can be attributed to the employee.

Hello Clive for me the employee do not have to pay anithing to the employer if he decide to terminate the employement contract or if the employment contract is terminated by dutch civil code or if the trainning is not completed ......who can be attributed to the employee many thanks
