As to "Igmoritis" - can you give the source for this word - preferably the sentence in which it appears. It does not appear in the medical literature.

yea it is a disease her the player here in this context was diagnosed to have this disease and i want to know what disease it is, i searched but i coud not figure it out
and for sinews they are tendons
