Fred: I don't love Mum. (Realising he did not mean to say that) Actually, I do.

Fred: I don't love Mum.
Fred's brother: Yes, you do.

Fred: I don't love Mum.
Fred (sadly): No, you don't.

Yes I don't is not possible in English, though its equivalent is
