pls help me to arrange this into a formal letter
dear madame,
please allow us to go out every thursday and sundays at 5am to attend our church service in the nearest church of Iglesia ni Cristo in tagaytay. these are the following specific dates april 28, may 1, may 5, may 8, may 12, may 15, may 18, may 22, may 26, may 29, and june 2.
we are hoping for your kind consideration and understanding regarding this situation.
