Help please - subject and object

In the partial sentence "for all your business *** needs, is 'lending' or 'borrowing' correct? I had thought that as the company offering the service, lending was the correct one (how we act on you), but I'm happy to be proved wrong - let the truth be known!

'Your...borrowing' if the advertiser is a lending institution. But I would just change it to 'financial'.
