HELP PLEASE!!! I need to write a letter to my dean for readmission to school i got suspended! :(

I got suspended due to a low GPA . i was really irresponsible when i started but now i just realize how important education is and i wanna start going to school again! i want a fresh start! the only problem is that i don't know how to put all that in a letter to the dean!
