How to say my sentence better using my grammar: "The only thing you'll be left with will be regrets" ? It doesn't sound good so I'd like to have a way to make this sound better.

I like your sentence fine, but you might try:
"You'll only be left with regrets."
"You'll be left with only regrets."
"You'll only be left with regrets."
"You'll be left with only regrets."
