Help please everyone MOTIVATION LETTERS

How to write a motivation letter for any post in an hotel help thanks. i will send it 2morrow help pls cos h've never writen a motivation letter before. i'm an hair dresser my cv is complicated with multiple job help and GOD BLESS YOU ALL .
