Hi all, i would like to prepare a declaration to my colleague with following letter, but I m not sure that is enogh to explain. Can you help me plase? thanks
" Due to a new decision taken by the management to be effective from 1st January 2012 your transportation service will be cancelled until 15th February 2012 and that service cost will be added your salaries.
