Help please!

Hello.

How would we say a sentence which contains simultaneously auxiliaries like "to be" and "to have/do" ? For example:

"It's very sensational and (what to use there?) has a lot of facts about its stock"

Thanks.

Don't use any word there!

It's very sensational and has a lot of facts ....

means

It's very sensational

and

it has a lot of facts ....

You don't have to repeat it.

I agree with the others. There's no need to add anything.
