16,128 pcs of CKD9902 were shipped by FOB Hong Kong, not China and the cost is USD0.408 each which is not exceed USD0.50 as per our new quoted in July 07. The cost of USD0.30 is a old price since 2006. And we did not raise up the cost to you in these two years, even thought the factory was debit us for the higher transportation cost. Therefore, the Debit Note will keep and no request to amend. Please find attached the supporting document of transportation for your reference.
