Because the goods will be ready on May 26, but catch vessel ETD June 05. Would you please confirm your acceptance by return email? Please also amend the letter of credit to us ASAP. 002. This is not an excuse for the materials shortage to delay the shipment. We are asking this schedule since two weeks ago and should enough time for you to prepare the materials. We will try to request an shipment extension from customer, and confirm you later. After checking with our customer, they accept for the shipment extension to end of May. Please follow up with your supplier to keep to the agreed upon schedule. If you cannot keep this schedule, it must be shipped by air at your expense.
