There are ample jobs for all those who want to work as Au-pair.

Is the above sentence correct?

Would you write Au-pairs?

Would you write 'ample job opportunities' instead of 'ample jobs' ?

I want to write the above to a friend in an email.

Hello Rotter

"Ample job opportunities" is fine, but a little "corporate".

I'd suggest:

"There are plenty of jobs for anyone who wants to work as an au pair."
