What forms are correct?

1# What should I do concerning the project?
2# What do I should do concerning the project?
3# What do I have to do concerning the project?
4# What have I to do concerning the project?

I am used to write 1# and 3#, but they are supposed to have the same structure and I use them differently. 2# and 4# seem to me ridiculous but...I am confused. If anyone could help me I would be glad. Thanks.

#1, #2 and #4 are correct but the syntax in #4 would not be used in modern English, except in poetry or for comic effect. The difference between #1 and #3, the way I see it, it that #1 requests an advice but #3 inquires an order.

Hello M88

I would say:

1# What should I do concerning the project?
- With this, you ask for advice or instructions.

2# What do I should do concerning the project?
- not idiomatic. I don't believe any native speakers use it.

3# What do I have to do concerning the project?
- This you use when you're asking someone what you need to do. Or you
