Help on writing an Essay on why i deserve a raise

it needs to be 900+ words and this is what i got:

I believe that I have proved over the past twelve years that if I am anything, I am loyal to the science of veterinary medicine. I bring to the facility, every morning, not only my experience and knowledge, but my love of animals. Since I was young, I have believed that animal patients deserve the same medical treatment that human patients receive.

You should not see the additional monies allocated to my salary as an expense, you should believe it to be an investment. Beyond the strengths of knowledge and experience that I bring everyday, I bring my heart. That fact should be enough alone to consider me for a pay raise.
