Help on my Confession Letter,

Happy Birthday, May all your dreams come true.

The secret person is you. My secret fear was that I can't be more than a friend to you.

I waited so long, for this. For you to finally be able to read my heartfelt feelings, it's a great relief and all worthwhile.
Because, you're the one I looked for all my life. Adorable, sweet, kind, warmth personality and your ways of thinking, the list goes on and on. You're perfect. You changed my life, I felt so warm and glad to meet or just simply contact you. You are indeed like the sunshine! You helped me subsided my hurtful past and made me see more hopes in life. I frequently felt like my heart dissolved in sweetness, it's indescribable. I don't feel lonely anymore. You became what I lived for and you became the reason that I laugh.
I have never believed in tryouts and short/long term relationships. I only believed in having one permanent relationship that last for the rest of our life, and even after life if possible.
I assure you that I'm different, I promise to look after you, protect you. This won't turn out with a bad ending like what you had observed and experienced in your life. I have found myself to love you more than I love myself and that I'll protect you with all I have. I could see myself helping you out at your orphanage, playing with the kids, it's so pleasant. I know how the promises and words here may seem hollow because of your past mishaps and I don't have the foggiest idea to emphasize on my expressions but to prove them to you. I'll bid my life on this as I don't deserve to be living if I were to be such a liar. I'll wait for you to hold my hand, becoming my life partner from now on.

Please help me to correct any grammatical errors and such. I'll appreciate too if you also help suggesting better words/ sentence structure etc.. .
