help of/from

Hi

1. I got this job with a little help of my friends

2. I got this job with a little help from my friends.

Can I use either "of" or "from" in such instances? Are both fine?

Thank You

No, only the 2nd works. If you use 'the help ' (no ' little '), then #1 works.

So, the rule is: with the help of somebody and with a little help from somebody. Right?
