Help needed with experience letter
Dear Friends,
I'm looking for help with my experience letter. Can you please review the below letter and let me know any corrections? Thanks in advance.

During his tenure with us, Mr. XYZ worked on the various areas of Telecom Billing which includes Product development, Revenue recognition, and Collections. He has successfully served to his fullest in both analytical and technical capabilities; in software development life cycle like Analysis, Design, Configuration, Development, Code review, Testing, Deployment & Go-live and support phases for multiple projects.

I don't know for sure, but I heard that letter from co-workers (or clients if that is applicable) and an affidavit from you stating your duties and stating that employer is refusing for whatever reason may be good enough. Good luck.
