help needed to understand business English text

Hello,
I'm stuck with one sentence that I can't understand. How would you interpret this one:
"Owner owns certain lights, chairs and product necessary to Whiten Teeth (hereinafter the “Equipment”) which dispense to customers completing a teeth whitening procedure"
?
Is the Whiten Teeth a company?? Is there a particular "product" they dispense to customers during teeth whitening procedure?
I feel totally lost in this sentence.. would be grateful for any tips!!! Thanks!
