Help needed proofreading my job preferences for an application

I am in the process of applying for a job, and on the application I have to write about my preferences. In the preferences section, they want the following: ideal job/company/management style, strengths, general preferences, and motivating factors.

BTW, it's a programmer job. Here's what I have so far:
Ideal Job
- challenging work
- multitasking
- flexible start/end time
- knowledgable management and fellow team members
- competitive salary
- working with a diverse group of people
- learning new things regularly
- room for advancement

Ideal Company
- a successful well-known company

Management Style

Strengths
- I rarely make the same mistakes twice. The first time I make a mistake I usually jot it down, think about it and how not to do it again another time.

General Preferences
- share an office or work are with a small team, so that if I needed feedback on a solving a problem,I can get other people's input

Motivating Factors
- knowing that clients/coworkers depend on me for what I'm working on
- knowing that what I'm learning would be useful in the future

===

Anyhow, can people help me proofread this since I know I've probably made a couple of mistakes or that I could have expressed certain things differently.

Thanks in advance.

I think it's quite good, Blackie. There are just a couple of minor adjustments I'd make: Ideal Job - challenging work - multitasking - flexible schedule - knowledgeable management and team members - competitive salary - working with a diverse group of people - learning new things regularly - room for advancement Ideal Company - a successful well-known company Management Style Strengths - I rarely make the same mistake twice. The first time, I jot it down and decide how to avoid making it again.

I understand what you`re trying to say and you`ve done a good job an expressing yourself BUT from the company`s perspective there are some things to consider.

Under `strengths`. Companies generally look for `perfect` employees. Don`t show them that you are human and make mistakes. quote ` I rarely make the same mistake twice`. Perhaps changing it to something more positive like `S
