Help needed for translation of a german poem

Hi, I would like to translate a few lines of a german poem but I`m not sure about some words and word order. Here is the german version:

Bleib in der
Schönheit deiner Träume,
nimm sie mit
ins Erwachen,
bleib ihnen nah
auf deinem Weg
durch den Tag.


Please can you let me know if it would be correct to write:

Stay in the beauty of your dreams
take them with you when you awake (or: take them with you in your awakening ?)

Stay close to your dreams (also possible: to them ?)

on your way through the day.
