Help needed - aptitude test question -

I have recently taken an aptitude test, and one of the questions asked: what is another word for “curdled milk”. It then listed 4 words to choose from; unfortunately I can not remember the choices.

I am unable to find any single word, not a phrase, that means curdled milk… could someone please tell me the answer to this ridiculous question???

Thanks.

Hi,

I have recently taken an aptitude test . . .

What kind of aptitude test includes a question like that? Was the test for a job as a cheese salesman?

Best wishes, Clive
