Is this sentence correct? White chocolate, however, does not contain cocoa mass and therefore does not taste like nor has the characterestic colour of cacao.

I think I'd make one change: 'have' instead of 'has'

This is because of the earlier 'does not taste like nor'

But, 'it does have' or 'it does not have' (not 'it does has' or 'it does not has')

I think the «doesn't» reffers to the word «taste» only, so «has» sounds ok. Isn't it so?

Compare:

Gary does not jog nor run. (*runs).
This liquid does not look like nor feel like oil. (*feels)
Helen doesn't read nor write English. (*writes)

or can be used in place of nor in all of the sentences above, including the original doesn't taste like or have.
