Help needed

I have problems with this text. Can someone help me!

Transgenic mice, that produces hepatitis B antigen but lacks viral DNA, called, Hepatitis B surface antigen, HBsAG transgenic mouse have also been made. The problem with these mice is that they are tolerating high level of HBsAG that accumulate in the liver and neither acute nor chronic infection is shown.
