Help my The Shakespearean sonnet written in iambic pentrmeter

Can somebody please that stop this hurt inside?

Your love for me changed a long time ago,

I still can’t get you out my mind, I’ve lied

No matter what you say I can’t let go.

I’m begging you please, stop this hurt cried.

We shall part if you say goodbye to me,

You listen to my heart, it will be never died,

Was it something wrong that I did, angry?

How can you go on, memories fade daily,

But, we can work it out I still believe.

I can’t let you go you think me crappy,

I still believe that you will not leave.

I can’t get pass the pain to you, my dove.

I don’t want to go on lacking you, love.

Some lines have English problems, and some have iambic pentameter problems (stress, or number of syllables). Lines #4 & #10 are good. Line #13 scans correctly, but the grammar needs work.
