HELP ME ! Writing task 2: problems of many people live in cities

Nowadays, a steadily increasing number of people are immigrating to mega-cities. This, in turn, results in a growing list of urban life issues. This essay will focus on three of the most common ones, and will attempt to offer some ways to mitigate them.

First of all, city dwellers have to face several social problems. For example, high rates of crimes, traffic jam or unemployment has become an obsession and a fear of residents. A possible solution for this kind of problems is that governments should expand the police forces that are focusing on populous areas to protect people from common risks of the city life.

Other problems might be environment-related. Although one may know of some general kinds of pollution like water pollution, air pollution and soil pollution, numerous new types of pollution have arisen from the process of urbanization - such as those related to light and noise. To solve this situation, people who damage the environment on purpose must be fined heavily and imprisoned if necessary.

Last but not least, city migration can lead to uneven distribution of the national population. To illustrate, while Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh city usually witness the highest population density in Vietnam, there is a lack of residents in mountainous or remote regions like…. To tackle this matter, citizens should be encouraged to stay in their town to develop this area.

To sum up, the trend of overpopulated metropolis will likely continue on account of migrants’ desire for modern and comfortable living standards. Therefore, I think these above solutions will only be able to partially deal with current issues, and more attention from authorities is required in order to completely eradicate them.
