The bar chart compares the percentage of women unemployment in four countries in the United Kingdom between 2013 and 2014.
A glance at the graph, it is clearly that the number of women out of work in England and Scotland, which was higher than that of Wales and Northern Ireland.
At the beginning, in 2013, there were 6,8% of female unemployment in England, which were the highest rate but that diminished at 6,5% in 2014. On the other hand, in Scotland, the number of women unemployed that developed from 6,1% in 2013 to 6,7% in 2014.
Turning to the Wales and Northern Ireland, the proportion of female out of work was 5,4% and 5,6% respectively in 2013. After that, there was a downward trend in number of women don’t have work in both countries. In 2014, the women unemployed, which occupied 5% in Wales and were 0,4% higher than that of Nothern Ireland.
