0 As we all know business is picking up and many positive changes are occurring. I have listed several procedures on the conference rooms, reviews, absent employees, management meetings, lunches, and general requests. In order for me to accommodate everyone needs I feel these steps will enable me to be more effective in accommodating everyone. I know at time some situations may be out of our hands but in general if you could assist me by following the suggestions I have made I can be more productive. 02br 02br 00Conference Rooms-If you need a room and have not scheduled a time, please check the schedule and if there is a conflict notify me and I will make the necessary changes. As we all know the conference rooms can get really busy, and when the reserved time is not respected, this affects the other team members. When you schedule a meeting with a client the command center needs to be notified and you need to have lunch brought in, please add me to the invite attendees and in the note section list the names of visitors and what you want for lunch. This will assist me in accommodating your needs. 02br 02br 00Absent Employees-(This is a suggestion, please consider) As a rule if a employee is not coming in for the day for what ever reason, they notify their manager, I would also like to be notified if an employee is not going to be at work. I am the one most of you come to when you are trying to locate an employee, notifying me of when a employee is absent will allow me to assist you and save time. 02br 02br 00Lunches-If you are planning a meeting which requires food, please let me know ahead of time if possible. I know sometime situations may prevent this but notifying me of your meeting in advance will enable me to be more productive. I can generally accommodate your needs last minute, but advance notice will assist me in my work schedule. I also need assistance in cleaning up the conference rooms, if you are unable to do this please let me know so I can clean the room. With business picking up we may have scheduled meetings back to back and I like to have the rooms ready for the next meeting. 02br 02br 00Management Meetings-Development Meetings and Professional Services Meetings-In general I know exactly how many employees to order lunch for, sometimes this may change due to other appointments, vacation etc… I would like to be notified when you a team member will not be attending or if were going to have additional people. This will enable me to be more efficient in placing the order, accommodating the meeting and saving money. 02br 02br 00Reviews-When entering an employee’s review date into the CentriconHR, the next review date will automatically default to the following year of the same date you entered. Sometimes a review may not occur the actual due date, so please make sure to enter the next review date based on the employees date of hire not the date the review was given. The only time a review date changes is when a promotion occurs, the promotion date then becomes the new review date. 02br 02br 00When completing the documents for an employee review, please make sure you have the employees review date, date review was given, the next review date and an employees rating. Once you have entered the employees review information into CentriconHR, please return the original documents to me. This process will assists me in keeping track of who has completed their reviews and I will then update the employees file. 02br 00If an employee is given a review and there has been no increase, the information still needs to be entered into CentriconHR and I need the originals. 02br 00Hiring-When filling out the new hire form please include the department and job title, we have numerous classifications in CentriconHR. When you know the date the candidate will start, I need advance notice to organize the orientation and notify all other department involved. 02br 02br 00Termination-Please give me advance notice if possible, so I can prepare all the required documents we need to go through. 0-
