Help Me Write A Formal Email!

Hi!

I have a few questions. I'm under An Age and I filled out a volunteer form and got the email back, and I read on the Place I'm volunteering to website that if I am under a certain age, my legal guardian has to sign papers when I arrive, but in the Thank you/Information email, it says "If you are An age years or older we would love to have you come out and volunteer.." so is it okay that I'm under An Age as long as I have my parent with me the first day I arrive?

Due to the fact that I am under An Age, what is other information I need to know about coming to volunteer? Do I get free tickets for family/friends? I read I get points and can "cash" them in, but I was wondering about tickets. I'm super excited to be working with everyone at The place im volunteering! Thank you so much!
