Please tell me:
Do I need article 'the' before wonderful moments. I guess moments is uncountable noun. Kindly help

This is not a grammatical sentence. It sounds like something from a property sale flier. Possible:
Located away from the city and close to nature, it offers all the comforts and convenience of daily life.

It doesn't sound idomatically smooth to me. What were you trying to depict in this sentence?

It is exactly a single line I  have taken from a paragraph. I just need to know if I should have article 'the' before wonderful moments.  I guess it's countable noun hence there is no need of an article. Kindly help.

As I previously commented, the meaning is quite abstract to me without relevent contexts.
If you must know, I suppose, based on its relative vaugeness, the answer will be a "yes". However, it is not because it is a countable noun. Rather, it is based on its syntactical and semantic construction, as well as idiomaticality. For instance: Two girlfriends are enjoying a conversation at a local Starbucks.
A- Are there monents so precious in your life that you will remember forever? (no "the" needed, otherwise, is it incorrect)

B- I have to say, the date I got married and the date my daughter was born are the two most (wonderful) moments I will treasure forever. ( The -is absolutely needed)

You should be aware, whether an article is required in a sentence should not be influenced by the presence of an adjective preceding "moment(s)", but on its construction and syntactic contents.
