Help me with this

Hi,

Is this a wrong way to use "up to" in this sentence?

"As long as we have the money in our account, we can take out up to£200 a day"

If so I would like you to correct my sentence. Many thank for you.

Hi Clive,

Is it right if I delete "up to" in that sentence?

Hi,

Yes, but it does not make it quite so clear that 200 is the maximum.

Dear Clive,

It is the sentence in my exercise book, I have to find out an error among underlined words and correct it.

"As long as we have the money in our account, we can take out up to£200 a day"

I really don't know what is wrong in this sentence. It is very kind of you to help me with this.

Many thanks for you!

Hi,

There's nothing wrong with this, so I don't think the person who wrote this test question is a native speaker.
