Help me with the wording in my resume

The media company will decide what kind of programs to produce and broadcast according to the feedback collected from the audience about the preference for the programs. This strategy can be called "programming strategy" or "TV production strategy"?

performance assessment system refers to a synthetical method to effectively evaluate or appraise the employees. Any better vocabulary? say performance evaluation system?

And any advice on the following expression in the resume? Thanks!

  • Directed team of XXX(company name) and partner firm engineers to build key metrics dashboard to monitor daily user behavior trends through data mining and analysis, subsequently tailoring programming and advertising strategy. Increased the accuracy of market forecasting by 300% and increased advertising revenue by 35% in one year
  • Initiated, developed and implemented effective performance assessment system for the staff of TV Production Department. Improved work efficiency of 108 TV production staff by over 20%

Evan - for the first paragraph, whats the question? Are you asking wether "programming strategy" or "TV production strategy" is the best term to use to describe the process you have outlined? If yes, since the media company decides what kind of programs to produce, I'd call it a "production strategy".

Thanks John!

I'd replace "programming and advertising strategy" with "production and advertising strategy".

So I guess the wording of these two paragraphs is ok?

We call this technology IPTV. In this case, programming strategy may be better. What

It's not "I think it twice". We say "on second thought".

You know best what you did, not me!

If you produced, then you made something.

If you did not make something, then you cannot use the word produce.

Got it?
