Help me with the poem :)

Hi all. This is a really
good forum for English learners. I'm happy having found it!. I will try to become a regular poster here. I
have the following situation. I will be reading the poem "If" of
Kipling in a students' concert. I do understand, that I have terrible
pronunciation. But I still have time to practice. I have recorded my initial
try. Could you please listen to it and give me some pieces of advice concerning
my pronunciation? For instance, which words or sounds I pronounce completely
