Help me with the phrases ?

This is from my business book,
and I'd like you to please help convey these red phrase.
The four humors
The best known typology in ancient Greece was that of Hippocrates in the fifth century BC. He theorized that the body contained four fluids or humors, yellow bile, black bile, high blood pressure and phlegm. In AD 180, Galen allocated temperaments to the four humors to show how physical conditions in the form of internal abnormalities could affect patterns of behavior.
A consultant named Leigh generalized on the basis of his experience of personality testing and came to the conclusion that personality types in business roughly corresponds with the typology and temperaments theorized centuries ago by Hippocrates and Galen.
