help me with past participles adjectives.

Can all the transitive past participles can be used as adjectives,mostly before nouns.like
Broken glass,torn book.

But some intransitive past participles can also be used as adjectives right? ?like a grown up man.

What I think about transitive and intransitive verbs is that some verbs are always transitive whether you use it with objecs or not like eat,buy,take ;some verbs are always intransitive, you can't use objects at all ;some verbs are both transitive and intransitive, if you use with objects it is transitive Anne if you use it without objects it is intransitive, verbs such as break,grow etc.this is
