Help Me With My Writing Task 2 Essay

Wild animals have no place in the 21^st century, so protecting them is a waste of resources. To what extend do you agree or disagree ?

Nowadays, with the population boom, people need more lands to satisfy their demand. Therefore, it is believed that wild animals are extinted and saving them is a waste of time and money. I totally disagree with this views.

From my point of view, protecting wild animals is beneficial for many reasons. First, wild animals play indispensible parts in human life. For example, it provides a source of food. The food we eat daily is made from animals. We can do some experiments on animals and find a new medicine or a new life-saving vaccine. These wild species serve recreational demand of human and tourist, so the economy of country will increase.

Furthermore, saving wild animals helps to balance the ecosystem. For instance, rainforest can produce oxygen, absorb the carbon dioxide and make climate stability. Without the existance of animals, people can not exist. Third, it is related to humanitarian issue. It is immoral to kill the animals for individual demand. Human can not give life to any animals, so they do not have right to left them be destroyed.

In conclusion, I mainly argue that protecting wild animals is the priority policy of the government and everybody should give a hand to save them from being endangered.
