Help me with my letter of motivation
Please help me with the language and style of my letter of motivation for application to a job
Dear hiring manager
Your advertisement on (.....) of Monday 07 February 2005 fits my experience and qualification and I’m writing to express my interest and enthusiasm for the position.Working with International Organizations aiming to the Development of Africa is one of my dearest interests. Also, believing that the Human resources are the kea of African development , I would be very pleased to participate to the noble mission by this post.
I obtained a Master’s degree in Business Law at Gaston Berger University and have got several short experiences in secretarial work and general management of an office.Currently working as a secretary-assistant at ED/EPS, Department in charge of Extra Budgetary Projects Management in UNESCO/BREDA, I’ve acquired strong skills in computer management and working in English language. Indeed, I’m under an SSA contract with UNESCO/BREDA since March 2004 and will be available from 28 February 2005.
I perform to work in a group with cooperation and sharing of experiences, being not afraid of hard pressure and volume of work.
I enclose a copy of my curriculum-vitae which will give you further particulars of my studies and work experience to date. Should you require any further details, please do not hesitate to contact me by mail or phone.I’m available for an interview at a mutually convenient time.
